• Permits should be obtained from a Zera Projects site Supervisor and requested no less than 24 hours in advance.

• A project and task specific SWMS must be completed and signed onto.

• In some cases a HRWS may be required before commencing with works

• No smoking is allowed on all Zera Projects sites

• A project and task specific SWMS must be completed and signed onto before commencing works

• PPE must be in line with Zera Projects minimum guidelines (long pants, short sleeve high vis and work boots)
• PPE must be task specific as outlined in your task specific SWMS.

• MSDS/SDS should be provided by your employee for any hazardous materials and available to you onsite.

• Hazards or incidents should be reported immediately to a Zera Projects site supervisor and representative

• All scaffolding over 2 meters, including mobile scaffolds, must be built by licensed scaffolders (HRWL SB minimum), have Scaftags at entry points with 30-day inspections, include kick boards, mid and top rails (or mesh panels), have top rails at 900-1100mm, display SWL on loading bays, and remain stationary when personnel are on the platform, with no modifications allowed without authorisation.

• Electrical equipment must be inspected, tagged, registered, and used with suspended leads, RCDs, and no series connections for leads.
