AUSTAL SHIPS
Lazco have been the only choice for custom designed cold storage systems by Australia’s top ship builder, Austal Ships. Working with their design team Lazco specialise in making the process of installing and commissioning systems in difficult spaces easy. Lazco have been working with Austal for over 20 years and during that time have taken part in all contracts, Australian and overseas.
GOLDEN BAKERY
Lazco have been working with Golden Bakery since their humble beginnings. Since those days they have grown to have many bakeries around Perth and a production factory in Osborne Park. Lazco have fitted out every bakery, as well as provided all catering equipment for their bakeries. From multi cabinet systems, to blast freezers and custom glass displays, we have done it all.

ISLAND MARKET
Island Market Restaurant found on the coast in Trigg is one of our most recent projects to date. A complete restaurant fit out including building management, all refrigeration and stainless steel kitchen fit out, ventilation system and hanging feature frames.
As Part of the Kailis Hospitality Group, Lazco have worked with Kailis for over 25 years. providing cabinets to all their venues. High end stainless steel manufacture, tailored to their specifications.
Love and Latte
A gourmet deli located underneath south Perth’s newest luxury residence pinnacle apartments. Built to the client’s specifications with matte colour bond and warm white LED tubes it makes any product glow. Triple glazed custom-made doors are clear from any form of frost or condensation. Climate control with Carel technologies assures product is at a safe storage temperature with 4 probe shared accuracy across the cabinet.

Gourmet Republik
Located in the Claremont Quarter shopping complex you will find our fit-out of Gourmet Republik. This custom made “U” shaped cabinet features high capacity refrigeration allowing it to run open without doors. Also installed is a floating glass cake display cabinet. With remote motors located in the carpark these systems are designed to run almost silent in the mall.
Tenderwest Meats
Lazco’s latest project for Tenderwest meats, Completely custom built 8 meter long butcher display. This powerful machine features not only a cold plate coil on the base, but also a static coil in the top to assure product stays at 2 degrees, or desired temp. Shared probe system for even temperature reading throughout the cabinet, engineered drain system for cleaning saving time on maintenance and LED high lumen lights throughout. Double glazed anti frost glass keeps your food products looking clear for customers and keep condensation off cabinet.
Tenderwest Meats
Lazco’s latest project for Tenderwest meats, Completely custom built 8 meter long butcher display. Kailis Seafood
Lazco have provided Kailis Fremantle with all cabinets in their restaurant. From the cold plate to the bar, all equipment has been custom made to their specifications. We continue to work with the Kailis Hospitality Group doing ongoing maintenance in all their restaurants.
Silver Yachts - Hanseatic Marine
Lazco have worked with Silver Yachts since the birth of the company and their first boat. Designing, fitting out and engineering all of their cold storage systems. Working on yachts of this calibre requires a bespoke finish and an approach with only the finest attention to detail. There are currently 4 yachts in service all around the globe, with the fifth boat an ongoing project for us.

Silvestro Butchers
New butcher shop fit-out for Silvestro Butchers. It has been a pleasure working with the Silvestro’s to design this completely custom fitted out butchery. Lazco manufactured cold plate with under counter storage, open case upright cabinet and coolroom and freezer rooms with display doors. For this particular project we worked with the client to design and make a meat rail to allow efficient movement of product from the delivery Van into the cold stores. The meat is hung on hooks connected to rollers that are made to move on a steel track loop. This makes the whole process for the client easy, no manual lifting creating a seamless method of food handling.
WA Forensic Lab - Custom Low Temperature Freezer
Engineered to precision by Lazco. Freshly commissioned, custom made low-temperature freezer for the Chem Center, Western Australia’s forensic lab. With such critical high-risk stock, the freezer maintains a temperature below -20 to prevent contamination of evidence.
Our team at Lazco has designed this product with that in mind, fitting two identical systems that are entirely independent but operate in the same chamber. In the event of a breakdown of one system, the other will maintain room temperature while the repair occurs. Electronic valve technology from Carels new EVD ice controller also produces 20 per cent more refrigeration capacity and great energy savings for the client.

Peps Wine Bar
Lazco created a sunning phantom black stealth cabinet for our client and good friend Charlie at Peps Wine Bar. A combination of matte color bond, powder-coated gloss black and stainless steel surfaces portrays a strong aesthetic. Our team at Lazco have used double glazed doors with our signature insert giving a crystal clear view of products. LED twin strip running across the top of the cabinet is as bright as can be.
Engineered with 300 watts more refrigeration capacity than needed, it can pull drinks or products down faster and maintain temperature with ease using fewer Kilowatts of power over a year. This will be tested and data logged over the weekend as part of quality control before being shipped next week to its new home! @peps_wine_bar in Cottesloe! Red Cross
The Lazco team took a quick trip to Brisbane in order to complete a touchscreen and PC board change on a plasma freezer. We are excited to see our Lazco products being put to use freezing critical, lifesaving products. As with all the scientific equipment in the laboratory, these machines undergo an extensive process before they are cleared for use.
This plasma freezer is required to operate over 24 hours at -40 degrees Celsius with all data logged on the control panel. The Red Cross has developed their own specific program for the storage of plasma. This includes 6 hour blasts with the fan at full velocity, then preservation at -40 degrees Celsius with limited fan velocity. Lazco sincerely looks forward to working with the Red Cross again in the future.

Gove Butchers
Lazco was proud to work with the amazing butcher, Gove Butcher. This incredible new butcher shop is located on the Gove Peninsula in East Arnhem land. We designed and manufactured two custom cold plates as well as a hot display at our Osborne Park workshop. We then sent these pieces via truck to Darwin then on a barge across the sea to its final location. This was, logistically, a fun challenge for Lazco as the road in to Gove has been inaccessible for months due to floods. But it was all worth it to see our custom cold plates and hot display finally installed and in use, fully stocked with those amazing cold cuts! Custom Evaporators
Our amazing inhouse engineering and design team have been busy perfecting these custom, low temperature evaporators. These systems were made completely from scratch. This meant we ran our own research and development to ensure our product was as efficient as possible. These particular evaporators are specially designed for rooms with height restrictions where normal roof mounted motors simply won’t work.
Instead, these evaporators stand vertical against a wall. We also changed out these fans for a more efficient blade and motor assembly. The Lazco team also customised the mounting points, ensuring they sit deeper within the evaporator to give the evaporator more air velocity and better heat transfer, using less power. The evaporators are meant for marine application so 316 stainless steel was used throughout so they will last the lifetime of the ship.
