PUNCHING
Lazco is able to punch from sheet sizes of 5000 x 1250. Our Turret Punch can provide you with any item made to order; we perforate panels with infinite design patterns and manufacture for all Industries. We fabricate perforated screens, louvered panels, electronic sheet metal panels and various other panels to any shape and configuration, to suit your specifications.
WELDING
Lazco are able to weld a range of materials from mild steel and stainless steel using both MIG and TIG welding applications. Our fabricating section can weld, grind and polish products to a professional finish. We can offer powder coating and other finishes of your choice. Our expert welders can weld on site as required.
BENDING
Lazco are able to bend a range of materials from mild steel to marine grade stainless steel. Our fabricating section can cut bend and fold to manufacture products to suit any commercial or industrial application.

Lazco offer Design consultation and 3D drawing designs so you can see all your orders prior to Fabrication and manufacturing. As part of the service Lazco use Solid works to create 3 dimensional models of each item we manufacture, giving our clients a true dimensional drawing and a detailed 3D image of the item.

COLOUR BOND
Our team will design and manufacture custom built colour bond products to your specifications. We can fabricate colour bond products designed to match any colours you need. COPPER & BRASS FABRICATION
LAZCO also fabricates using Copper and Brass. Copper is used for refrigeration pipe work and is a malleable metal that is easily welded/soldered and is also corrosion resistant. Copper is incredibly valuable to the construction industry and is extremely attractive when used for aesthetic applications.
ZINCANNEAL FABRICATION
Lazco fabrication team also manufacture using zincanneal steel for clients that require extra properties with their finished Products. This metal has extra layer or a zinc coating that’s main purpose is to enhance resistance to corrosion of the metal. This metal is submerged in a zinc bath to enhance rust prevention. It is used for products in damp or salty environments.
